刘茂文，女，副研究员，博士生导师。2012年毕业于北京航空航天大学，获材料科学与工程专业学士学位；同年免试推荐硕博连读，2019年毕业于北京航空航天大学，获材料学专业博士学位；2019年至2021年于德国汉堡工业大学从事科研工作；2021年至2022年于德国亥姆霍兹研究中心从事科研工作；2022年12月加入北京航空航天大学前沿科学技术创新研究院，任副研究员；2023年入选国家海外青年人才计划。主要从事轻质高强金属结构材料的相析出机制、强韧化理论、多尺度组织设计、先进制备技术研究，以第一/通讯作者身份在Acta Materialia、Scripta Materialia、Journal of Mechanical Science and Technology、Materials Research Letters、Materials Science and Engineering A等材料科学与工程领域国际学术期刊上发表学术论文10余篇。申请并获授权发明专利5项。
