基本情况


文熠,女,副教授,2015年本科毕业于中南大学和英国伯明翰大学,2017年硕士毕业于英国帝国理工学院,2023年获得英国牛津大学博士学位后,获中国博士后科学基金会博士后国际交流引进项目资助,进入北航材料学院从事博士后研究。主要从事前沿电子显微结构表征,建立显微结构、缺陷演化与功能材料性能的构效关系,近年来在半导体材料中开展了多项前沿表征工作,为半导体材料领域的微观结构优化提供了重要参考。作为第一/共同第一/通讯作者已在Science、Nat. Catal.、Nat. Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等期刊发表多个重要成果。目前主持国家自然科学基金委员会青年科学基金项目,博士后在站期间获中国博士后科学基金会面上资助。
