基本情况

1990-2000年清华大学化学系学习,本科、博士毕业,2001-2002年清华大学材料系从事博士后研究,2003年起在北京航空航天大学材料学院工作。现为航空材料北京市国际合作基地主任,山东省十强产业智库新材料产业智库首批专家,中国复合材料学会介电高分子复合材料及应用专委会委员,中国仪器仪表学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会资深常务理事,中国真空学会薄膜专委会理事,中国材料研究学会热电材料与应用分会常务理事,SCI期刊《Journal of Materials Science and Technology》编委,《IET Nanodielectrics》编委,国家太阳能聚光发电产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会主任委员,入选教育部新世纪人才计划、北京市科技新星计划、北京市优秀人才计划,江苏省双创人才计划,钱江特聘专家。主持了包括国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金广东联合基金重点支持项目在内的5项自然基金、科技部863课题、国防科工局民用航天预先研究项目等多项国家级课题。

研究方向

主要从事热电薄膜与微器件集成、新型热能调控材料与技术、新型温度传感器技术、人体健康监测用柔性电子材料等方面的研究工作。包括热电薄膜制备技术;高导热复合材料的设计与制备;新型热电薄膜制冷器件与微发电技术;太阳能综合利用光热电复合发电材料与系统研究;高密度储能脉冲电容器用核心储能材料与电容器;柔性电子元器件;无源温度传感器。



研究成果

 从材料的全生命周期出发,利用磁控溅射加工技术,针对薄膜加工、界面及器件间能源耦合与互连难题,在原理调控、薄膜制备、器件集成和系统应用的工作获得国际肯定,在常温区用热电薄膜材料与器件加工上形成了国内的优势地位和特色。相关工作发表在Advanced Functional MaterialsPhysical Review LettersNano EnergyEnergy Conversion and ManagementACS Applied Materials & InterfacesApplied Thermal Engineering等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文140余篇,授权国家发明专利18项。在国际学术会议上做特邀报告8次,主办国际学术会议3次,国内学术会议3次。获2013年浙江省科学技术三等奖。研制的无源无线温度传感器产品获高新产品证书,在国家电网、天津港等单位获得应用。
