基本情况

尚家香,女,教授,博士生导师,2001年8月钢铁研究总院获材料学博士学位,2001年10月-今,北航材料学院工作。获2003年全国优秀博士论文奖。2010年10月-2011年10月在剑桥大学材料与冶金系访问。先后讲授本科生课程“量子力学”与“计算材料学II”,和研究生课程“计算材料学”与“电子结构与材料性能”等课程。从事材料微观机理研究工作,包括第一原理和分子动力学进行电子结构和原子结构进行材料研究。在金属及合金的表面、界面氧化及掺杂研究和金属和金属间化合物的相变方面取得了一系列研究结果。在Acta Materialia, Phys. Rev. B和 Applied physics letter等刊物发表论文60余篇。
